RRC Club

Rugby Velo

SWIM AND CYCLE COACHING
Main coached swim session - every Tuesday night at Rugby School swimming pool, from 6:45pm. Qualified Tri coaches on poolside. Run sessions start April 2011.

Cycle sessions are organised on a casual basis - Sunday at 8am from Rugby School.  Watt bike spin sessions are held every Thursday. See the club forum for latest news and availability.

New for 2011: Seminars and workshops to help you develop and race more effectively

These seminars are free to club members only, and cover a wide range of essential topics as you head towards the race season. Each session is led by a qualified club coach, and includes both theory and practical elements. All sessions take place in the teaching room at Rugby School swimming pool.
